He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Ann Bush; and his parents, Henry Irving and Mary Margaret Bush. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wayne (Shanda), Henry Robert (Amanda) and Tammy Nanette Bush; and his grandchildren, Dana Renee Bush-Fangohr, Tarah Grace Bush and Paysley Elaine Bush.
