He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. McMurrain, Sr. and Hazel Imogene McMurrain (Lackey); his wife Loweta Joy Wreyford; his sister Helen Nopens; and his grandson Robert Charles McMurrain, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Vicky Bush (Keith) of Waco and Robert Charles McMurrain (Twana); his grandchildren, Larry Williams, Sunny Bradshaw (Jason), Joy Williams and Misty McMurrain; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Taylor Bradshaw, Serenity Williams and Jacinda McMurrain.
