He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Parr and Frances Parr; his wife Sandra Parr; and his brother Richard Parr. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Parr (Christy Parr) and Steven Parr (Staci Parr); and his grandchildren, Kristopher Parr, Madeleine Parr, Zoey Parr, Laekyn Parr, Brendan Parr and Jack Parr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seydler-Hill Funeral Home (906 St Paul St, Gonzales, TX 78629). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM at the Waelder Cemetery (824 N Ave D, Waelder, TX 78959).
