He is survived by: his parents, Macario Serrato and Amelia Morales Rodriguez; his wife Blanca Dimas of Waelder; his children, Brittney Balderas (Eric) of Shiner, Raquel Moreno Serrato of Gonzales, Javier Moreno Serrato of Austin and Jaime Moreno Serrato of New York; and his siblings, Amalia Serrato Morales, Raymundo Serrato Morales, Mario Serrato Morales, Felipe Serrato Morales and Juan Serrato Morales. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
