She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman Schmidt and Julia Frey Schmidt; her siblings, Louis H. Schmidt, Pauline Wollgast, Myrtle Carson, Doris Haak, Ruth Karisch Connett and Judith Smith; and her godchild Kim Schmidt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Stanley Schmidt (Paulette) and Patsy Dotson; her cousin Betty Rheman; and her godchildren, Rhonda Becvar, Perry Lea Harrison and James Haak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
