She was predeceased by : her father Pete Cartesio. She is survived by : her mother Frances Ann Briggs Cartesio; her husband David Kulhanek; her sons, John Moore and James Moore; her grandchildren, Lucas Moore, Declan Moore and Ethan Moore; her sisters, Eileen (John Pechacek), Katherine (Peter Thomas Cartesio) and Mary Garcia (David Rodriguez); her stepsister Carmela (Jimmy Haley); her parents-in-law, Dennis, Eugenia Kulhanek, Judith, Stanley Michulka, Theresa Kulhanek, Chris, Brenda Kulhanek, Mary Kulhanek, Patrick and Elizabeth Kulhanek; her friends, Janette Richards and Charlene Dapprich; and her pet Tommy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
