We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 87, Irene Hodges of Wallis, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Emil Starustka and Agnes Starustka; and her husband Talmage Blaine Hodges. She is survived by : her children, Donald Blaine Hodges (Veronica) and Deborah Hodges Ortiz; her grandchildren, Layla Christensen (Steve), Derek Blaine Hodges (Le'Ann), Brian Ortiz and Jonathan Ortiz (Katherine); her great grandchildren, Schyler, Tyler and Kacey Christensen; and her granddaughters, Charlotte Marie Ortiz, Marielle and Carolina Ortiz.

Diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia over seven years ago, Irene became worse during the COVID pandemic.
