She is survived by : her spouse Jerry Kolafa; her children, Debbie Ashton (Tony), Terry Adams and Joey Kolafa (Marlene); her grandchildren, Tabatha Ault (Aaron), Brad Ashton (Heather), Dusty Petrosky (Ben), Chrissy Bibb (Jason), Kimberly Rader (Mercedes), Kristen Wagnone (Justin), Austin Kolafa Hall (Ron) and Matt Adams; her great grandchildren, Brodie Ault, Ashlynn Ault, Sadie Bibb, Emma Wagnone, Tessa Ashton, James Wagnone, Clara Ashton and Jeremiah Wagnone; her siblings, Donna Toellner (Don) and Bob Fullerton (Sue); and her siblings-in-law, Lillian Kolafa, Mary Ann Hudgens, Rosalie Miculek and Victor Kolafa (JoAnn).
