With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Stanley Moore (Walnut Springs, Texas), born in Hillsboro, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian B. Moore and Burna Lee Moore; and his son John Bradley Moore. He is survived by: his family John; his wife Lalia Kay Moore; his children, Amanda Kay Gunn (John), Phillip Stanley Moore (Holly) and Diana Leigh Davis (Les); and his sister Lana Kay Jackson (Larry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and many friends.
