He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip George Uloth and Alice Geraldine Uloth; and his siblings, Betty, Jack and Ralph.
He is survived by : his wife Kay Uloth; his daughters, Tammy and Karen; his grandchildren, Brian Bowman (Brianna), Brittany Borbon (Jason), Kayla Deatherage (Randy) and Tanner Uloth; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Carson and Barrett; and his sister Gaye Lynn Hickman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
