She was predeceased by : her parents, Reece Chambers and Willie Mae Kenley; her stepparents, Georgia Chambers and Ben Kenley; and her brother-in-law Gary Hamby.
She is survived by : her husband Douglas Davis, Jr.; her siblings, Sheila Hamby, Sue Whitlow (Wright) and Danny Kenley (Charmaine); her stepson Sonny Simmons (Elena); and her grandsons, Dalton Simmons and Lanson Simmons. She is also survived by her family and friends.
