Dale; her children, Jackie Bush (Ricky) and Walter Dale (Julie); her son-in-law Rickey Gamble; her grandchildren, Amber Cook (David), Lindsay Evans (Darla), Joshua Bush (Mariella), Meagan Britt (Jerry), Caleb Bush (Brittany), Chandler Bush (Faith), Kayman Dale and Wyatt Dale; her great grandchildren, Gracie Cook, Anastyn Cook, Peyton Evans, Shaddow Evans, Gentry Evans, Gavin Britt, Hayden Britt, Landry Britt, Mateo Bush, Sophia Bush, Chloe McCutchen, Harley Baxter and Tanner Humphrey; and her sister Shirley Hardt (Chuck). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other special family members.
