He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Ray and Alyce Ray; his wife Barbara; his brothers, Jeff and Robert Ray; and his brother-in-law Leon Hewlett.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Jennings (Mark), Jennifer Holley (Steven), Alan Pyron and Thomas Ray (Kellie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
