It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bert Eugene Martin (Waxahachie, Texas), who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maida Martin and Maurice Martin. He is survived by: his wife Cora Lynn Wood; his children, Bambi Bratton (David), Jill Tew (Monty), Jerad and Michelle Goettle (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler, Garrett, Rhiannon, Cooper, Chase, Rylee, Ford, Kinsley, Gabe, Walker, Lily and Logan; his brother-in-law J. W. Wood (Anna Maria); and his friends, Claudia Morris and Phyllis McIlroy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
