He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Pat Pruitt; and his siblings, Dale Thomas and Brenda Lucas. He is survived by: his siblings, Terri Tucker and Randy; his siblings-in-law, Shauna Pruitt and Steve Lucas; his children, Clay Thomas, Jaclyn Garvin and Krista Thomas; his son-in-law Mark Garvin; and his granddaughter Sunny Jo Garvin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
