He is survived by: his parents, Robert Casey and Julie Casey; his wife Katy Casey; his sons, Cody Lane Casey, Landyn Nolan Casey and Corbyn Luke Casey; his siblings, Justin Casey (Bre) and Crystal McGhee; his grandparents, Tom and Rosemary Puckett; his parents-in-law, Jack and Cathy Johnson; his niece Braylee Casey; his nephew Tate Casey; his brothers-in-law, Jacob Johnson (Glorianna), Matt "Beau" Johnson and Jeremy Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Randy (Robin Casey), Bill (Erin Kane), Ricky "Uncle Monkey" Jennings, Sherry Prater and Karen (Scott Kircher). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and many friends.
