He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B. Goolsby and Lorrayne Goolsby (Portwood); his brother Fred Goolsby; and his parents-in-law, Ted and Orpha Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Greta Dean; his children, Ryan Goolsby and Janée Reeder; his granddaughters, Juliette and Vivian Reeder; his brother Harrison Goolsby; and his nephews, Tommy, Josh and Brent Goolsby.
