We announce the death of Ruth Lynn Cotter of Weatherford, Texas, who passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Barker and Ruth Johnson Barker; and her brother Roger. She is survived by: her husband Sam; and her children, Chris (Lara), Shari and Kelli (Bryan). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
