We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 70, Barbara Ellen De Leon (Webster, Texas), born in Canton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Carroll Whipple, Jr. and Katherine Margaret Whipple (Lapitosky); and her sisters, Patricia Devore (Whipple) and Margaret Knapp (Whipple). She is survived by : her husband David E. De Leon; her daughter Dehlia K. De Leon; and her brothers, Thomas Whipple III (Tina) and Steven Whipple. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in Barbara's memory may do so to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
