He was predeceased by : his parents, Dempsey Floyd Cozby and Patricia Cozby. He is survived by : his daughters, Saundra Stitt (Ron) of League City and Nikki House (Gary) of League City; his grandchildren, Andrew Cozby (Chloe) of Houston, Robert Stitt of League City and Sara Stitt of League City; his great grandchild Harvey Ledbetter of Houston; his siblings, David Cozby (Tracy) of Yakima and Diana Simon (Ken) of Cody; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Hester, Andrew Hester, Shawndel Blakemore and Jordin Cozby.

Contributions in his memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
