Elba left this world on October 8, 2025 at the age of 100, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Juan Silva Riverón; her former husband Eloy Liduvino Quiñones Tamayo; her children, Oscar, Elbita and Alex; and her husband Pasquale Circelli.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
