He was predeceased by: his parents, Baldemar Balboa and Celia R. Balboa; and his sister Norma Sosa. He is survived by: his wife Rosie Balboa; his daughters, Barbie Balboa, Elizabeth Balboa Waits (Michael Waits), Bianca Balboa and Sarah Balboa; his siblings, Baldemar Balboa (Margo), Armando Balboa (Christela), Ruben Balboa (Nancy), Robert Balboa (Olga), Cynthia Melchior (Richard), Belinda Balboa and Mary Ann Balboa; and his grandchildren, Noah Balboa, Stella Balboa, Aria Waits, Elijah Waits and Autumn Dorroh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
