He was predeceased by: his wife Anita; his son Hector; his granddaughter Andrea Ramires; and his parents, Maria Bossaletti Torres and Eusebio Torres.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Ann "Susie" Avila (Jesse); his stepdaughter Rebecca Crawford; his son Daniel Torres; his grandchildren, Erin Troff (Garrett), Jaime Porter (Will), Jesse Jr. and Gabriel Avila; and his great grandchildren, Robyn Troff, William "Fritz" Troff and Henry Porter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
