She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Goebel and Dora Varnhagen Goebel; her husband Merle L. Elliott; her grandson Steven Elliott Hardesty; and her siblings, Rodney Goebel (Carolyn), Ben Frank Goebel and Ino Marie Collins (Bobby Collins).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Ann Hardesty (Robert) and Jo Linda Papadakis (Peter). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
