He is survived by: his wife Marcia Snyder; his daughters, Marian Killingsworth (Scott) of Houston and Gwen MacGregor of Grapevine; his grandchildren, Sarah, David, Robert, Rachel, Hannah, Kathleen, Rebecca Killingsworth, Maggie and Betsy MacGregor; his stepchildren, John Mark Solomon (Lynette Solomon), Andrew Wallace Solomon (Lisa Solomon) and Amy Winkler Mitchell (Robert Mitchell); his stepgrandchildren, Luke William Solomon (Paige), Kay Solomon Durkee (Matt), Meredith Solomon Marti (Chris), Jack Solomon, Ava Solomon, Brian Mitchell, Grace, Grant, Gabby and Garrett Hammond; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lilly, Luke Marti and Luke William Solomon, Jr..
When Covid shut the US down, Joe and Marcia made the move from Houston to Dallas and Highland Springs.
