She was predeceased by: her parents, Annabell Parker Jamison and Thomas Alexander Jamison; her husband James Arthur "Buddy" Wood; her son Stephen Clifford Wood; and her former husband Benjamin Skyles.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brigid, Mathew Wood, Jason Lambert, Tina Hernandez, Cory Wood, Jake Wood, Ryan Wood, Rachel Buxton, Jaclyn LeFebre, Jonathan Burch, Melynda Wood and David Warren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
