He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Kay and Tommy Tapley (Candee Freedman); his brother Richard Tapley; his daughter Shelby Tapley (Patrick Martin); his grandchild Brooke; his nephew Joel Tapley (Brittany); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emmy and Lane; and his aunts and uncles, Joyce Jenkins, Shirley McClain, Linda Tapley, Don McClain, Michael Reese and Treman Perkins.
