He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Manuel Urbina and Professor Irene Salce of Urbina; and his siblings, Caleb and Bernice Urbina Gonzalez. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Marcos Urbina, Dorcas Urbina DeSoto, Eunice Urbina Horning (James), Loida Urbina Boatman and Febe Urbina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
