He is survived by: his wife Betty (Alaskan); his daughter Janette Everette; his stepdaughters, Janice Stone (Tommy) and Jennifer Kerckhoff; his grandson Austin Coates; his stepgrandchildren, Victor Kerckhoff and Abby Hoefnagels; his niece Linda Johnson; his nephews, Dave, Tommy and Ralph (Jerry); his caregivers, Delmi, Crissy, Kristania and James; April and Scotty.
