He is survived by: his wife Nancy Atwater Heaton; his son Richard Kenneth Heaton; his daughter-in-law Katrina Burgess Heaton; and his grandson Samuel. He is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested those wishing to make a memorial donation in Bob's memory donate to the Bible Fund of Christ's Church, 1401 Bay Area Blvd., Houston, TX, 77058, which provides Bibles to the military.
