He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Teles Melendez and Fannie Bailey Melendez; his wife Elia; his children, Jim (Jhoy) and Margo; his grandchildren, Christy (Santi) and Ashley; and his great grandchild Malcom.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Forest Park East Cemetery (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598).
