He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobs and Carolyn Jacobs; and his brother Bob Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jacobs; his children, Rachel, John and Julianna; and his brothers, Tom (Virginia) and Dennis (Alisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to two of Bill's favorite charities: KSBJ (a local Christian radio station) and the Houston Food Bank.
