She was predeceased by: her parents, Werner Weise and Matilda Schultz Weise; her husband Leslie Bell; and her children, Charles Bell and Ginger Brandt.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Vandiver; and her grandchildren, Michael Mitchell, Brandon Boyer, Kori Brandt and Kassidy Elmore. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
