He is survived by: his stepsons, Anthony Rodriguez of Lubbock and Cruz Rodriguez (Cristina) of Wellington; his daughter Kristi Hamby of Wellington; his sisters, Brenda Larned-Searcey (Jeff) of Munday Tx and Tammy Riley (Farris); his grandchildren, Tristen, Jeremiah Hamby, Damiana Peters, Aladdin Rodriguez, Lexi, Adriel, Aubrianne Rodriguez, Valerie, Ivan and Oscar Granados; and his nieces and nephews, Tanner Whitaker, Tanya Foster, Mica Leake, Juli Ledesma, Montana Holt, Corbin Riley, Kristi Riley and Creed Riley.

A memorial service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Garden Cemetery (1198 FM3197, Wellington, TX 79095).
