C. Jacobs of Wells; his sister Pam; his brother-in-law Robert Kalka of Wells; his sister Belinda; his brother-in-law Kenneth Smith of Pollok; and his close friends, Todd and Melanie Pounds. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
