He was predeceased by: his grandfather Victor Diaz; and his great-grandparents, Olivia, Rodrigo Montemayor, Eligio, Juanita Diaz and Francisca Munoz Perez.
He is survived by: his uncle Javie; his cousin JT The Best Big; and his parents, David Perez (Cynthy Garcia) and Denise Diaz.
