He is survived by: his wife Maricela Salinas; his children, Jesus Salinas, Ayanna Salinas (Rolando Martinez), Iridiana Garza (Jose Jesus Garza) and Julio Salinas Jr.; his grandchild Naya Rosalie Martínez; and his siblings, Teresa Salinas, Gilberto Salinas, Ernesto Salinas, Dora Salinas Zuniga, Ruben Salinas, Osnel Salinas, Martha Salinas and José Salinas.
