She is survived by: her children, Maria Guadalupe Orozco (Silvestre), Esperanza Mendoza (Mario), Mario Mireles (Maria), Jose Antonio Mireles (Blanca), Juan Pedro Mireles, Isabel Smith and Norma Mireles. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
