She was predeceased by: her father Filemon Montes; her brother Mario Montes; her brother-in-law Pedro Rios; and her nephews, Martin Montes Jr. and Alex Martinez.
She is survived by: her mother Luisa Montes (Montoya); her husband Ramiro Rios; and her siblings, Abel Montes, Lucy Ramirez (Ramon), Martin Montes (Janie), Noemi Briseño (Manuel Saldivar Jr.), Dahlia Rodriguez (Gilbert) and Celia Cadena (Jaime Marroquin).
