She is survived by : her children, George T. Smith IV (Carrie Robertson) of Houston and Wendy Brown (David Mace) of Damon; her grandchildren, George Thomas Smith, Hayden Smith, Carissa Smith, Richard Tice II, Wayne Smith and Tahlissa Tice; her great grandchild Thomas James Martinez; and her siblings, Michael Cornett and Donna Hullett.
