We are sad to announce that, on September 9, 2025, at the age of 78, David Wayne Carpenter (West Columbia, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Priciscilla Irene Cobb and David Carpenter; his sisters, Ella Louise, Agnes and Lilly; his son Jim; and his great grandchild Jaelie.

He is survived by: his wife Joni; his daughter Danette; his sisters, Fern, Nancy and Jane; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Amberlie, Randy, Danielle, Jeremy and Clint. He is also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
