With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alma Cervantes Kucera (West, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Alma shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Alma farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her parents, Nicholas Kucera and Joanne Cervantes Kucera; her siblings, Temple, Rafael and Joseph Kucera; her grandparents, Ervin, Janice Kucera and Denise Cervantes; and her godparents, Deacon Robin and Carolyn Waters. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins.
In lieu of flower, memorials in Alma's name, may be made to the organization Abel Speaks (http://www.abelspeaks.org.); St. Mary's Catholic School in West; our local West chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society; or to the New Melleray Abbey - Child Casket Fund .
