He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Wachsmann and Anna Marie Wachsmann; his wife Clara Wachsmann; his siblings, Andrew, Alphonse "Pete", Joe, Leo Wachsmann, Anna Zanter, Margaret Schroeder, Hattie Williams and Estelle Wright; and his brother-in-law Doc Grier.
He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell Wachsmann (Robin Thorp) of West, Danny Wachsmann (Kathryn) of Idaho and Casey Wachsmann (Ashley) of West; his brother George Wachsmann; his sister-in-law Judy Grier of West; his grandchildren, Krystal (Jake Bingham), CJ, James, Alyssa (Michael Mala), Erika, Elizabeth and Wyatt Wachsmann; and his great grandchildren, Trystin, Autumn Orler-Bingham, Gracelynn Marsh, Layla, Jameson Bingham and Nevaeh Villarruel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tokio Baptist Church (243 Tokio Loop, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tokio Baptist Church.
