He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Bailey and Beatrice Bailey (Emmons); his former spouse Dessa Kelley; and his siblings, Inez Priddy, Erza Hayes, Viree Pruitt, Mollie Davis, Austine Nichols and Elbert Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Nubbin Moore-Bailey of West; his daughters, Rema Lansford (David) and Janice Stewart (Destry); his grandchildren, Miranda Beaman (Jeremiah), Amanda Stewart, Holly Stewart and Ryan Lansford (Caroline); his great grandchildren, Blake, London, Ethan, Alexis, Anslee, Andrew, Bethanie, Lucas and Lincoln; and his niece Lenona Nichols. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School.
