She is survived by: her husband Larry Blackmon of West, TX; her children, Larry Wayne Blackmon (Debbie) of Troup, TX and Karla Ballard (John) of College Station, TX; her granddaughter Kristen Ballard of College Station, TX; her stepgrandchildren, Trisha Harper (Shawn) of Rusk, TX, Stephen Garrett (Amanda) of Troup, TX and Richard Garrett (Christal) of Troup, TX; and her siblings, Wilma Russell of Vidalia, LA, Arlene Small (Mike) of Many, LA, Mary Webb (Tom) of Baton Rouge, LA, Carmack Blackmon (Sandra) of Baton Rouge, LA and David Blackmon (Ragan) of Keller, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families; and five step-great-grandchildren.
