She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Kotrla and Irene Kotrla; her husband Jerry Kucera Sr.; and her son Jerry Kucera Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Monica Ferguson (Dan) of Waco, Paul Kucera (Loretta) of West, Steven Kucera (Stephanie) of Aquilla and Angela Thompson (Tony); her grandchildren, Holly Liles, Matt Ferguson, Kaylea Eaker (Josh), Kami Kucera, Amy Kucera, Ashley Kucera, Za'Rya Kucera, Aleyha Kucera, Jamie Heffner (Chase), Justin Cvikel (Hailey), Brandi Lewis (Ryan), Allen Cvikel, Jackson Kucera (Katie), Nicholas Kucera (Reagan), Tina Ishmael (Evan) and Trey Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Liles, John Luke Liles, Alona McCormick Heffner, Blair Eaker, Dalton Cvikel, Tyler Gilchrest, Samantha Lewis, Jessie Lewis, Benjamin Kucera, Thomas Kucera, Read Kucera, Dainton Ishmael and Aaron Ishmael.
A rosary was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (303 S Harrison St, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
