It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Gamble (West, Texas), who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albin Dvoracek and Josephine Dvoracek (Vrba); her son David Gamble; and her son-in-law Russell Wells. She is survived by: her husband Asa Gamble, Jr.; her children, Annette Wells, Charlotte Mitchell, Richard (Jacqueline Gamble) and Patricia (Robert Klein); her grandchildren, Emily (Evan Steele), Evan (Jennasen Gamble), Angelique (Jeffrey Lawless), David (Jennifer Mitchell), Lauren (Aaron Acome), Travis (Sarah Klein) and Andrea Klein (Alejandro Rocha); and her siblings, June (Bill Frawley), Carolyn Dalton, Barbara (Kelly Fowler), Jackie (Jack Kirkpatrick) and Albin (Marilyn Dvoracek Jr.). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Aderhold Funeral Home (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Joan's name to be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
