He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Polansky and Mary Polansky (Hynek); and his brother Frank Polansky, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Polansky of West; his children, Michael Polansky (Sheryl) of Lorena, Elaine Owen of West and Steve Polansky (Ronda) of Colleyville; his grandchildren, Garrett Polansky, Craig Owen, Lauren Owen and Caden Polansky; his stepgranddaughters, Kristen Cook (Adam) and Kerri Fattig (Elton); and his siblings, Mary Pustejovsky, Agnes Kostroun, Jimmy Polansky and Raymond Polansky (Nachelle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
