She is survived by: her husband Vernon; her son Robert "Bobby" Spanos; her grandsons, Kameron and Korbin; her daughter Nicole Spanos Lawrie (Jason); her grandchildren, Gracie, Mia and Brody; her son Christopher Spanos (Nicole Fortenberry Spanos); her grandchildren, Ashlyn and Hunter; her stepdaughter Lexie Vasser (Jarod Vasser); her stepgrandchild Madison Brown (Trey Brown); her stepdaughter Chazie Pennington (JD Pennington); her stepgrandchildren, Tre and LD; Otto. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Paul's Memorial Park Cemetery Association.
