He was predeceased by: his father Buddy Chupik; his parents-in-law, Bennie and Sheila Nors; his brothers-in-law, Benji Nors Jr., David Nors, Charles Nors and Dawin Nors; and his niece Reagan Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Phillis Chupik of West; his mother Dianne Ball; his children, Brittany Chupik of West and Nathan "Tiger" Chupik (Leia) of West; his grandchildren, Finley and Kai Chupik; his siblings, Doreen Cecil (Justin) and Jason Chupik (Skylar); and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Renegar (Brian), Annette Cook, Patricia Schneider (Gary), Laurie Brown (Billy), Raymond Nors (Jana), Stephen Nors (Leslie) and Kenneth Nors (Jana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Volunteer Ambulance Association or the charity of your choice.
